We provide you with a custom link that you can use to collect a list of participants that would like to attend an online activity.
We make sure that participants can only be added when there are spots available from your chosen activity capacity.
We then send all the necessary information to all participants (Zoom link, calendar invite and if they'll need to bring any materials.
